Is this trek difficult?

The three passes trip is one of Nepal's most difficult treks. It is one of Nepal's top, if not the best, trekking routes. In terms of difficulty, I would rate it an 8 out of 10. During such treks, one of the few things to be concerned about is the harsh cold.

Your body would be unable to cope with the altitude without appropriate acclimatization. The weather in the Everest region is also unstable. You should also be careful if you want to visit during the offseason. Another factor to consider when trekking is mental fitness.
