The Lukla flights may be delayed if there is bad weather, with an average delay being 24 hours. We can be flexible and change the itinerary to catch up on lost days, but if the planes can’t fly for more than 4 or 6  days then there is little to do besides waiting.

You will have breakfast and dinner at the teahouse where you will stay overnight and take a lunch on the way. Teahouse on Everest Base Camp Trail offers basic meals; Daal Bhaat & Tarkari is the main food that you will get to eat on the trail. It is authentic Nepali food that is a filly and full of healthy calories.
